PASWC 2007

The Perth Amateur Soccer World Cup (originally the "Ethnic World Cup") was first held in 1991 by its originator the Latin American Association of WA Inc.

This festival of football (Soccer) was held at what is now become the home of the event, Lathlain Park (EFTEL Oval, the home of the mighty Perth Demons).

Since its inception the event has gone from strength to strength, it is now recognised as one the biggest multi-cultural sporting events in the State and is a highly regarded competition that's has a permanent place in the calendar of many football (soccer) followers in WA.

Apart from a celebration of football the PASWC is about friendships, cultural respect and admiration, breaking down stereo types and a celebration of coming together in the greatest country in the world, Australia!
